EU AI Act, california’s recent bill, FTC guidance, individual platform terms (medium, substack, news guild standards). is there a single tracker out there or are we all just maintaining our own spreadsheets
I maintain a private spreadsheet that id be happy to share if a few publishers want to coauthor and keep it updated. its a moving target. EU AI Act sections on synthetic content are now in force, CA bill is staged through 2027, FTC guidance is interpretation not mandate.
Id contribute to that. our editorial board has been wanting a shared reference for months.
